Third Party Analytics
We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and other various data points to allow us to improve the browsing experience. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with the personal information provided by you. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to the Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Services and the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you by updating cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin. Legal Bases to Process Your Information
Performance of a Contract. By accessing and using the Site, you have given us consent to our Terms of Service, and use your personal information for a specific purpose.

Your California Privacy Rights
California's "Shine the Light" law permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once per year per person, must be sent to customercare@kandyklaws.com and are free of charge. However, we do not disclose personal data protected under the "Shine the Light" law to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
The California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") provides our customers who are California residents the following additional rights:
- Right to request deletion. You can ask for the deletion of your personal information.
- Right to be informed. You have right to know whether we collect and use your personal information, the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which the collected personal information is used, how we use your personal information, whether we share or sell personal information to third parties, request correction of your personal data, the categories of personal information that we shared or disclosed for a business purpose.
- Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.

No Sale of Personal Data. We do not "sell" and have not "sold" personal information for purposes of the CCPA.
Consumer Request by an Authorized Agent. If any authorized agent submits a consumer request on your behalf, in order to confirm that person or entity’s authority to act on your behalf and verify the authorized agent’s identity, we require an email be sent to us at customercare@kandyklaws.com, along with all of the below items:
- Proof that you gave the authorized agent signed permission to submit the request.
- Sufficient information to verify the authorized agent’s identity, depending on the nature of the request.
- To verify your identity, depending on the nature of the request, we may also require a valid Government Issued ID (not expired).
Your European Union and UK Privacy Rights
European Union and UK privacy laws provide individuals with enhanced rights in respect of their personal data. These rights may include, depending on the circumstances surrounding the processing of personal data:
- The right to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information;
- The right to request rectification or erasure;
- The right to restrict the processing of your personal information;
- If applicable, the right to data portability, which means that you can request that we provide certain personal data we hold about you in a machine-readable format;
- The right to not be subject to automated decision making based on profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects;
- The right to object to the processing of your personal information

Children
California Minor Content Removal. Our Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 16 where applicable. In addition, we do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 16 although certain third-party sites that we link to may do so. These third-party sites have their own terms of use and privacy policies and we encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide information on our Site without their permission. If you are a resident of California, under 16, and a registered user of our services, you may ask us to remove content or information that you have posted to these services by contacting us at customercare@kandyklaws.com.
Involvement of Parents or Guardians. In accordance with the provisions of the Children's Online Privacy Act, in the event that we begin collecting any personal information or data from children under the age of 13 (or 16 where applicable), we will notify and seek parental or guardian consent to collect, use, and/or disclose such information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 where applicable). A parent may review and have their child's personal information deleted and may refuse to permit further collection or use of their child's information. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 (or 16) has provided personal information, please contact us in sufficient detail to allow us to delete that information from our databases.

We keep your personal data on file if you have an account with us or it is required to provide our services to you, until or unless you ask us to erase this information. For more information on your right of erasure, please see above section “Your Rights Regarding Personal Data.”

We take precautions to protect information that we collect from you. We protect the information entrusted to us by taking all reasonable precautions to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information, including through use of appropriate physical, technical, and administrative safeguards and measures.
