Order Processing Timeline

Standard processing time. Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Current processing time is 24-48 hours.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  1. Shipping methods. We ship worldwide. We offer various shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and express shipping, depending on your location. The selection of shipping options are available to you upon checkout.
  2. Delivery time. Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Please refer to our checkout page for shipping options and estimated delivery dates.
  3. US shipping. We offer free shipping for orders over $50 within the US.
  4. Non-US shipping. International orders may be subject to custom duties, taxes and fees imposed by the destination country. The customer is responsible for these additional charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that Kandy Klaws also does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their orders. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties.

Order Tracking and Status

  1. Tracking information. You will receive an email once your order has been processed which will contain tracking information. You can also keep an eye out on your delivery or contact us at customercare@kandyklaws.com to help track your order.
  2. Order delays. Please note that Kandy Klaws is not responsible for any potential delay after item has been handed over to the shipping carrier as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination. In addition, we are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, and customs delays.
  3. Undeliverable packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with current, accurate and complete mailing address and contact information for the order to be successfully delivered by the carrier. In the event the order fails to be delivered or left unclaimed due to incorrect input of the address or contact information, the customer is fully liable for the cost of reshipment and refund is not issued.
  4. Lost packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support at customercare@kandyklaws.com.

 Change or Cancel Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
