KANDY KLAWS REFUND POLICY
Our products are all hand-made with love and attention to details, but we know they are not always perfect. If you are not 100% in love with them, you can submit a return or exchange request within 7 business days from the order delivery date.
Please keep the following in mind:
- You will not be able to start a return until your order is delivered.
- If your account is flagged for returns abuse, we cannot accept the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We are not liable for any returns that are damaged, lost or stolen while in transit.
- The customer is responsible for all returns or exchanges shipping costs.
- Remember to keep the tracking information for your return package.
- We are not able to provide shipping labels.
- Any items already exchanged or purchased with issued return gift card is not eligible for returns, refund or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@kandyklaws.com. Please include the following:
- The item is unworn and in original condition and in its original packaging.
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains or damage.
- The item has not been tried on using adhesive tabs or glue.
- A receipt and proof of purchase is available
Gift cards are sent to the email address on the original order and never expire.
